Galvalume Steel Coil
The surface of the galvanized steel sheet is uniquely smooth, flat and gorgeous with a silvery white base color. The special coating structure gives it excellent corrosion resistance.
Galvalume Characteristics
1. Heat reflectivity:
The heat reflectivity of aluminum-zinc steel sheet is very high, twice that of galvanized steel sheet, and people often use it as a heat insulation material.
2. Heat resistance:
Aluminum-zinc alloy steel sheet has good heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures of more than 300 degrees Celsius. It is very similar to the high-temperature oxidation resistance of aluminum-plated steel sheet and is often used in chimney pipes, ovens, lighting fixtures and fluorescent lampshades. Corrosion resistance:
The corrosion resistance of aluminum-zinc steel coils is mainly due to aluminum and its protective function. When zinc is worn, aluminum forms a dense layer of aluminum oxide to prevent corrosion-resistant substances from further corroding the interior.
3. Economic efficiency:
Because the density of 55%AL-Zn is lower than that of Zn, the area of aluminum-zinc steel sheet is more than 3% larger than that of galvanized steel sheet under the same weight and the same thickness of the gold-plated layer.
4. Easy to paint
The aluminum zinc plate has excellent adhesion to the paint and can be painted without pretreatment and weathering.
The paint adhesion of the gold-plated layer of the aluminum zinc steel plate is relatively good, so it can be directly coated on advertising boards and general boards without pretreatment such as weathering.
5. The aluminum zinc plate has a gorgeous silver-white surface.
6. The aluminum zinc plate has similar processing performance and spraying performance as the galvanized steel plate.

The difference between galvanized sheet and galvanized sheet mainly lies in the difference in coating. A layer of zinc material is evenly distributed on the surface of galvanized sheet, which plays the role of anodic protection for the parent material. In other words, the substitution corrosion of zinc material protects the use of the parent material. Only when the zinc is completely corroded can the parent material inside be damaged.
The difference between galvanized sheet and galvanized sheet mainly lies in the difference in coating. A layer of zinc material is evenly distributed on the surface of galvanized sheet, which plays the role of anodic protection for the parent material. The surface coating of galvanized sheet is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and a small amount of other elements. In this case, although the galvanized coating also plays the role of anodic protection, the effect of anodic protection is greatly reduced due to the reduction of zinc content and the difficulty of electrolysis of zinc material wrapped in aluminum.
